“Atterrisage” singer Shay Lia’s face is one that most die-hard dance music lovers will instantly recognize. Nearly ten years ago, the French-Djiboutian musician found herself forever immortalized by users across the internet thanks to her steamy dance moves highlighted in Kaytranda’s Boiler Room set video.
Since then, Shay Lia has gone on to create a musical legacy of her own. With the release of her album, Facets, she’s already shown to have the same irresistible charm in her vocals as she does with her fluid choreography. To prove it, she’s hitting the road for a 6-date North American tour beginning in February.
