Queen of the Ring prominent battler Phara Funeral stopped by RapMatic TV‘s Battle Code show to discuss the tier system in female battle rap, the current state of battle rap and her career as a battler with host Bosschick Raine.
When asked about the state of female battle rap the Bronx native responses, “we have definitely been on the decline! We’ve had a lot of ups and downs last year and coming into the new year we took a hit. I feel [female battlers] don’t get the satisfaction that we should,” adding, “I don’t think people really look into female battle rap.”
