It’s been one year since the release of Fielded’s last studio album, Chuckles Deluxe. With the anniversary behind her, producer, songwriter, and recording artist Fielded is ready to enter a new professional chapter starting with her label home.
On May 15, in a collaborative Instagram post, Fielded announced she signed to EveryDejaVu.
“An artist I’ve followed for a bit from her collaborations, but I kept returning to her solo music for her powerful, world-moving voice and her chameleon-esque discography,” wrote a representative for the label. “‘Chuckles Deluxe’ being one of my favorite albums of 2025, it’s an honor to work with her on her new music.”
The public upload closed by teasing what fans should sonically expect from Fielded.
“[Fielded] new work is in conversation with her noise beginnings and her 2013 album ‘Ninety-Thirty-Thirty,'” chimed the rep. “Her lyricism continues to pull no punches, and she describes the music as ‘nihilistic gospel’ and ‘late 90s femme Lilith worship.'”
At the Boston-based blog turned independent record label, Fielded joins fellow signees Borboleta, Dolly Ave, Elbows, Lavagxrl, June Rucker, and more. EveryDejaVu is distributed through IDOL.
Fielded has not yet shared when supporters should expect to hear her debut on EveryDejaVu. However, the wait might just be over sooner than they think.
