Here Is The Full List Of Winners From The 2026 BET Awards

All eyes were on culture’s biggest night. Yesterday (June 28), the 2026 BET Awards brought out the superstars across music, film, fashion, and sports. Hosted by comedian Druski, the night was filled with laughs and what will surely be viral moments for social media.

While the night served as a celebration of all, one multifaceted entertainer walked away as the biggest winner. The undisputed star of the night was none other than One Battle After Another actress Teyana Taylor. Taylor took home Video Director of the Year, the Fashion Vanguard Award, and Best Actress.

In addition to her category wins, Taylor was named the Icon of the Year. As if the honor wasn’t touching enough, Taylor was moved to tears when her idol Janet Jackson took to the Peacock Theater stage to present it to her.

Taylor wasn’t the only entertainer honored during the ceremony. To commemorate her legendary music career, BET paid tribute to Grammy Award-winning musician Miss Lauryn Hill as she was bestowed with the Living Legend Icon Award. Hill’s musical tribute featured performances by SZA, Doechii, Tems, Tierra Whack, Doja Cat, Nas, Lizzo, Rapsody, Queen Latifah, Common, and Hill’s children Selah, YG, & Zion Marley.

The late D’Angelo was also honored during the 2026 BET Awards. George Clinton, Durand Bernarr, RAYE, Ari Lennox, and BJ The Chicago Kid delivered a soulful rendition of D’Angelo’s classic tunes.

Other big winners include Clipse (Album of the Year, Best Group, and Best Collaboration) and Kehlani (Best Female R&B/Pop Artist and Video of the Year).

The 2026 BET Awards were held on June 28, 2026, and broadcast live from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California. You can rewatch the ceremony on BET or Paramount+. Click here for more information.
