Festival season is in full swing across the US, but no live music offering is quite like C2C Festival. A proud product of Italy’s avant-pop and electronic music scenes, the event will make its way to America on May 9.
C2C Festival 2025 will mark its inaugural expansion stateside. The debut festival will feature performances by Oneohtrix Point Never, Nala Sinephro, Two Shell, Evilgiane, John Glacier, and more.
Leaning into its over two decades of programming history, C2C Festival 2025 is set to take over Queens, New York’s Knockdown Center, reminiscent of its past event at FIAT’s former factory abroad.
For organizers C2C Festival 2025 is especially significant. Back in March, its founder and director Sergio Ricciardone tragically passed away at 53 years old. Prior to his death, Ricciardone expressed his joy on expanding into the US curation market.
“Bringing C2C Festival to the US marks a pivotal milestone in the festival’s long journey,” he said. “Over the years, the Festival has grown into a global platform for contemporary and avant-garde music.”
He also outlined the significance of “choosing the Knockdown Center as the venue” for its first U.S. edition.
“[Knockdown Center] aligns with our vision,” he added. “Bold and forward-thinking, C2CFestival is excited to share its distinctive artistic vision —dedicated to the spirit of the avant-garde and new pop— with new communities. This event will create opportunities for cultural exchange while continuing to recontextualize music and art on a global scale.”
C2C Festival is set to take place on May 9, 2025 at Knockdown Center in Queens, New York. Tickets are on sale now. Click here to grab yours.
