Perfume Genius and Alan Wyffels are partners in every sense of the word. The musicians are frequent collaborators haven written, arranged, and recorded several tracks together.
According to Billboard, back in September, the pair together their partnership even further officially tying the knot after a rich relationship.
After sharing vows, Perfume Genius and Alan Wyffels are ready to share a stage. Next year, Perfume Genius and Alan Wyffels will hit the road as a duo for a 9-date tour.
In a statement shared with ENVERT, Perfume Genius shared his excitement for the upcoming string of shows.
“Alan was the first person I ever sang in front of,” he reflected. “We’ve played every single show together for 15 years, made every single song and album together. When we started it was just him and I, perched on our keyboards at the front of the stage. I miss playing that way sometimes, how intense it could be when it was just the two of us.”
He continued: “We’re going on tour as a duo again. Playing some older songs, stripping back newer ones, and maybe writing stuff just for these shows. I love Alan; we have been together forever. I don’t like talking about it, it’s too much for me. Whenever I try to think about it, I have to stop, or I think I will pass out.”
The presale for Perfume Genius and Alan Wyffels 2026 tour kicked off today (November 19). The general sale will begin tomorrow, Thursday, November 20 at 10 a.m. local time.
