Singer and songwriter Zyah Belle shares an intimate look into her vulnerable side. While the Bay area native has explored childhood trauma such as growing up in poverty and watching gentrification claim her hometown, Belle has yet to dive into some of the challenges she’s faced as an adult. On her latest single, “I Think That I Love You” featuring ROMderful, Belle does just that as she explores love as an adult.
Produced by Roswell Sounds, Matt Emonson, and Louis Bartolini, “I Think That I Love You” is a blend of smooth soul vocals and new age jazz instrumentation, the perfect cross between Ari Lennox and Anderson .Paak.
The accompanying video for the track co-directed by Riley Brown, is a cinematic display of Black love, not just the romantic relationship but also self-love as Belle shared, “Black love includes loving myself first.”

Whether I'm popping in to an open mic night or digital crate-digging for hours through my favorite digital streaming platform, finding indie artists is the name then telling their story is the game.
