Alternative duo SWIMM stopped by Long Island City’s Rockaway Brewing Company for a surprise Play Too Much performance of lead single, “Speak Politely” off of the forthcoming project, Sentimental Porno. Known for their concepts of weightlessness and fluidity as the common elements in their genre-blurred sound the Los Angeles based band continues to heighten its sound.
This stripped down performance of what vocalist and guitarist Chris Hess of the duo referred to as a “wordy” track (in an interview with Consequence of Sound) showcases the Swimm’s raw rhythmic talents.
