Have you ever found yourself stuck in-between a rock and a hard place? Have you ever found yourself quietly battling with an internal struggle? Well, New Jersey native rapper and producer Samad Savage’s new track “Goodnight” tackles just that. The song produced by Troopa is a verbal extraction of his demons.
When asked about the inspiration behind the track he replied, “[Goodnight] comes from a place of deprivation and hunger,” adding, “the talking in the [track’s introduction] is the actual conversation that inspired that first verse of the song. I was in a dark place my friend, Tynnelle, helped me get out of my rut.”
