If ENVERT’s Website contain links to third-party websites, such links are provided to you as a convenience only, and we are not responsible or liable for the content provided by any such third-party website, or for your use of any third-party website, or for the privacy policies of any such third-party websites. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by us through ENVERT Website, and does not apply to any third-party websites.

8. Children’s Policy

ENVERT does not knowingly collect, retain or use information from children under the age of thirteen (13), nor do we target ENVERT Website to children under thirteen (13). ENVERT believes that children should obtain their parent(s)’ or guardian(s)’ consent and permission before giving out any personal or sensitive information whether over the Internet or otherwise. ENVERT encourages parents and guardians to be engaged and proactive participants in their children’s experience in cyberspace and otherwise.

If we learn that we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of thirteen (13), we will promptly delete such information. 9. Modifying and Deleting Your Personal Data

If you provide any Personal Data to us, you may modify or remove such Personal Data by logging into your account. If you wish to modify or remove any of your Personal Data, and are unable to do so, please contact us at info@envertent.com. If we delete your Personal Data, or upon termination of the Terms of Use, your Personal Data may be inaccessible and/or permanently deleted, and we may not be able to restore your Personal Data. However, you understand and agree that your Personal Data may remain in caches, servers or back-up storage.

10. The ENVERT Online Store

The ENVERT online store is hosted on WooCommerce. WooCommerce provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through WooCommerce’s data storage, databases and the general WooCommerce application. WooCommerce stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WooCommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

WooCommerce also allows you to make purchases of our products using your PayPal account. PayPal uses encryption and other technologies to secure your personal information. 11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

ENVERT may in its sole discretion and without liability to you, update, modify or revise this Privacy Policy, without notice to you. Your continued use of ENVERT Website following the posting of any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance by you of such changes. In the event, ENVERT believes, in its sole discretion, that such changes materially change these policies, ENVERT will provide notice of such changes prior to their implementation; such notice shall appear on ENVERT Website’s homepage (www.envertent.com).
