On May 26, Grammy Award-nominated singer Summer Walker launched her Still Finally Over It Tour at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena. While tours evolve across its run, no one expected the Still Finally Over It Tour‘s latest development.
Yesterday (May 27), Odeal revealed that his opening stretch on the Still Finally Over It Tour was unexpectedly reduced via an Instagram story.
“I won’t be performing on any Summer Walker tour shows before Dallas,” wrote the “Miami” singer. “This change was not made by me or my team. I’m sorry to everyone who was expecting to see me on those dates.”
He continued, “I recently learned I will only be joining the tour from Dallas on June 17 and staying on through Vancouver on July 3.”
Although Odeal did not list a reason for his partial removal, he did promise to make it up to ticketholders.
“We’re working on something special for you soon,” Odeal closed the letter.
At this time Summer Walker has not yet publicly addressed the tour change. As far as it appears, Monaleo, the other confirmed opener’s supporting schedule, has not changed.
