Back in black! Mad Liberation Festival will be returning to the Pine Barnes of New Jersey’s Paradise Lakes Campground between August 17-19, 2018.
If you thought last year’s electronic, rock, and hip-hop fusion lineup was one for the history books you might want to brace yourself!
The festival announced this year’s all-star headliners via social media which include alternative singer Jon Bap, slaveship punk poet Moor Mother, rockers Show Me The Body and last but certainly not least jazz drummer/vocalist/producer Blaque Dynamite.
When asked about the inspiration behind festival organizer John Mould said, “We want to create an atmosphere of freedom and a liberating journey that heals and frees the soul. Our festival is an open air space for artists and musicians of diverse backgrounds who have dedicated their lives to their craft to come together and share their unique perspective with each other,” adding “we want to immerse people in nature in an effort to rebuild a connection that has been long lost between our earth and the people that inhabit it. A place of expression, equality and never-ending passions. Mad Liberation is a celebration of life, music, nature and freedom.”
