Women-owned Label IMG Records teams up with Airbnb for WMN/N/SND; an intimate concert series in New York City showcasing how women do indie.
WMN/N/SND is a series that will allow artists time to connect with the reason they create in the first place. Stripped down sets and perfect acoustics courtesy of our sound partner Sennheiser, allow for connection and easy listening. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions, meet the featured artists and get to know others in the room.
A sonically sound lineup and roster of exciting talent is coming to Airbnb experiences! With women empowerment and feelings of nostalgia at the forefront, WMN/ N/ SND celebrates indie creatives, their stories and inspiration behind the music. There’s something for everyone with genres spanning from jazz, soul, spoken-word, hip-hop, r&b and more.
The series kicks off on Friday, April 27, 8-10pm at Canal Street Market featuring songstress/ songwriter Liana Bank$, and IMG Records’ singer/songwriter Tangina Stone. Both are sure to give the audience different perspectives of the r&b genre.

Tangina Stone released her debut album titled “Elevate” September 2017 and is currently on tour. Liana Bank$’ debut project “Insubordinate” released November 2017 and she’s gearing for her new EP “Apt 210” this summer.
