Whether I'm popping in to an open mic night or…
Go hard, then go home. That’s the tagline for one of electronic music’s biggest annual throwdowns. As the temperatures rise, Hard Summer Festival 2025 is ready to get heart rates racing.
This weekend (August 2 and 3), electronic titans from around the world will make Inglewood’s Hollywood Park Grounds a pop-up holy ground for EDM. With headliners Kaytranada (August 2), Feid (August 2), Dom Dolla (August 3), and Gesaffelstein (August 3), ticket holders are in for a night to remember.
From the moment the Hard Summer Festival doors open, attendees are promised a grooving time. Independent acts on the bill, including Trace, Sara Landry, Malugi, Hybrid Minds, Dara Genesis, Ladies Of Leisure, STVSH, AIMMIA, Ben Sterling, Riordan, and BRUX, are must-see sets.
Ahead of his appearance, I had the chance to chat with Trace about his set at Hard Summer Festival 2025. Read our chat below.
Hard Summer Festival 2025 is scheduled to take place on August 2 and 3, 2025, at Hollywood Park Grounds in Los Angeles, California. Tickets for Hard Summer Festival 2025 are completely sold out. Click here for more information about resale tickets.
Trace (self-signed)
Trace is a staple within the House music scene. Whether you’ve danced along to one of his productions or Trace’s releases on labels such as Hot Creations, Catch & Release, Hellbent, Repopulate Mars, and Nervous, the Uzbekistan musician is an undeniable force.
Trace’s time rocking crowds has yet to slow down. For the past few months, Trace has played gigs around the world. Still, as hard as it is to believe, the “Taka Doom” musician hasn’t graced Los Angeles’ festival market. With the coming to an end, Trace is ready to make his debut count.
“All my shows this spring and summer have been an awesome experience,” said Trace. “[Especially that I’m] touring outside of my home country of Uzbekistan in the US for the first time.”
He continued: “I am very excited for Hard Summer as it will be my first festival in LA, and to be included with a lot of these famous artists.”
As we wrapped up our conversation, Trace gave a synopsis of what the attendees should expect from his set.
“[Attendees] can expect an hour full of good music,” he proclaimed, “and IDs that I will be playing. It will be a vibe.”
Trace is scheduled to perform on Sunday, August 3, on the Hard Stage beginning at 2 pm. Stay connected with Trace on Instagram, SoundCloud, or Spotify.
