Here’s Everything We Know About: Bartees Strange’s Album ‘Horror’

Bartees Strange

It has been nearly three years since Bartees Strange released an album. Well, that’s excluding the reissuing of his offering, Say Goodbye to Pretty Boy. While 2022’s Farm To Table has done a stellar job sustaining the “Wretched” musician’s fans, they wouldn’t mind a new body of work.

Fortunately for them, on Valentine’s Day (February 14) Bartees Strange will drop his long-awaited Farm To Table follow-up Horror.

So far, the musician has shared two electrifying tastes of what’s to come by way of singles “Too Much” and “Sober.”

In a statement, Bartees opened up about the creative inspiration behind the 12-track project. “The world can be a terrifying place, and for a young, queer, black person in rural America,” he said. “That terror can be visceral. Horror is an album about facing those fears and growing to become someone to be feared.”
