Next week, Bad Bunny is set to headline the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime show. But before the “Baile Inolvidable” singer takes center stage, he had to make a detour at the Grammys.
Ahead of the 2026 Grammy Awards, many fans and industry professionals predicted a spectacular night for Bad Bunny. Still, no one could guess to what extent Bad Bunny would be victorious.
After a fierce battle, DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS beat out Justin Bieber’s Swag, Sabrina Carpenter’s Man’s Best Friend, Clipse’s Let God Sort Em Out, Lady Gaga’s Mayhem, Kendrick Lamar’s GNX, Leon Thomas’ Mutt, and Tyler, the Creator’s Chromakopia.
Bad Bunny’s win is etched in Grammy history. DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS is now the first non-English album to take the trophy for Album Of The Year. Back in 2000,
Carlos Santana’s Supernatural (majority English-language project) was the first Latin album to take home the gramophone.

Although that category was not televised, Bad Bunny’s win for Best Música Urbana Album was. During that speech, Bad Bunny provided words of encouragement to immigrants within the US.
“Before I say thanks to God, I’m gonna say: ICE out,” said Bad Bunny, expressing opposition to the recent actions of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement. “We’re not savage, we’re not animals, we’re not aliens. We are humans, and we are Americans.”
