Event Details

Paledusk is a Japanese experimental metalcore band from Fukuoka, Japan, formed in 2014. The band currently comprises vocalist Kaito "KT" Nagai, guitarists Daisuke Ehara and Tsubasa "Two" Ishibashi (formerly under the moniker '283'), and drummer BOB. On 3 September 2020, Paledusk announced they had signed to Australian independent label, Greyscale Records, and released a new music video for the title track of their April EP, "Happy Talk". On 11 April 2023, Paledusk announced they had signed to SharpTone Records for North American & European distribution, released single "I’m ready to die for my friends," featuring hip-hop artist VIGORMAN. From 5 June to 7 July, they played throughout Europe, headlining shows in Poland, Italy and the UK, as well as supporting bands including Code Orange, The Amity Affliction, Attila, Born of Osiris, and Bury Tomorrow. They also made appearances at several European festivals, including Belgium's Graspop, Germany's Full Force, Spain's Resurrection Fest[5], and the UK's 2000trees. On 04 October, they announced the addition of BOB as the band's new drummer, along with the release of their new single 'Rumble', featuring Masato, vocalist of fellow Japanese rock band Coldrain. On 05 October, they began their support of Polaris on their 'Fatalism' tour of North America, alongside bands Currents and Varials.
