After over a decade-long hiatus, Grammy Award-winning musician and songwriter Jill Scott is back. Back in February, the “Norf Side” singer shared her highly anticipated album, To Whom This May Concern.
Following the body of work’s release, Scott intensified the excitement by announcing a supporting world tour. With the tour slated to kick off on June 4, many of the dates have sold out and others just shy of being sold out. Now, Scott has rolled out several new dates.
Newly added tour stops include shows in Nashville, Tennessee; Durham, North Carolina; Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Detroit, Michigan; Houston and Irvine, Texas; as well as London, England. Back on March 15, Jill Scott opened up about wanting to extend her stage to other creatives. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Scott issued an open call for openers.
Although she has not yet listed the opening acts for the To Whom This May Concern World Tour, on March 26, Scott did confirm decisions have been made behind the scenes.
