Nearly four years have passed since Hyd’s critically acclaimed debut album, CLEARING. But by week’s end, the multidisciplinary artist’s long-awaited follow-up, Hold Onto Me Infinity, will hit streaming platforms.
According to the liner notes provided by Cascine, Hyd’s centralized theme going into Hold Onto Me Infinity was “zooming between the intimate and the infinite.”
“[‘Hold Onto Me Infinity’] is a powerful testament to music’s ability to cross timelines, physical thresholds, and lifespans, while dancing in between this physical world, and the one beyond,” reads the album’s description. “[…] Made without artificial effects, it uses a glass sculpture made by Dunham, pyrotechnics, mirror reflections, and a sunset poking through a pierced window to create a portal within the image that holds both this physical reality and another world.”

Supporting Tour
